Extensive experience for over 15 years looking after acutely and chronically ill patients as a UK qualified nurse, Diploma in Mental health and certified health coach gives me knowledge and skills which allows me to guide my clients. I have experience, helping my clients with meeting their health goals by understanding root cause of their mental and physical ill health, and time after time meeting clients goals and achieving a higher level of life satisfaction. My holistic approach to my clients and aid with tools to release their strengths and naturally boost their power of healing. I have recognised clients individual needs, to achieve optimum health and wellness.
